Insurance and Payment
Boundaries Therapy Center is a provider for most commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Aetna or any Medicaid/Masshealth. Also, if your Tufts ID contains any letters, we can not use this insurance.
Payment plans of clients electing not to use insurance and pay out of pocket can be negotiated. All new clients are informed of how their insurance works for mental health services and are aware of their responsibility for co-payments and deductibles prior to their first visit.
Referrals and First Time Clients
At present, we have limited virtual therapy openings for adults and couples. We have no current availability for child or adolescent therapy and no Psychiatric openings.

The front desk and business office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Clinicians’ hours vary by clinician. Early hours, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.

Boundaries Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary private group practice that is seeking licensed clinicians for child, adolescent and adult therapist positions on a part or full time fee for service basis. We have been serving the surrounding communities for 49 years. We offer clinical supervision and a team of psychiatrists for medication evaluations and monitoring. We are experts at credentialing with insurance panels. We have plentiful referrals. Hybrid arrangements and flexible scheduling are possible. We have comfortable office space and an administrative staff that allow you to spend your time and energy on clinical work. Our model allows for clinician independence so that you may work in areas of interest that suit your expertise.
